Objectives of Sub-Committee against Sexual Harassment Sub-Committee against Sexual Harassment has been formulated with the aim for informing the campus community of their rights towards a respectful work and also for learning environment. It considers that if we practice empathy and respect through our interactions with others such that we do not disrespect anyone by what we say or do. Thereafter, we can develop a sexual harassment free campus.

Objectives:

1. To raise awareness about sexual harassment that creates a respectful and secured campus environment.
2. To assure the prevention and redressal of sexual harassment of Women in Work place.
3. To secure equal access of each facilities and involvement in activities of the college.
4. To make sure transparent and timely resolution of sexual harassment complaints.
5. To furnish gender-based discrimination-free environment.
6. To provide support services and counseling in campus.
7. To encourage woman-friendly working surroundings.
8. To inform the fundamental rights of a woman.
